The startup NEUROSTECH has won the EmprendeXXI Awards in Asturias, promoted by CaixaBank, through DayOne, its specialized division for technology and innovation companies and their investors, and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, through ENISA. In Asturias, the organization of the EmprendeXXI Awards is supported by the Regional Government.
NEUROSTECH is a pharmaceutical and medical technology company which develops innovative devices and pharmaceutical compounds which can be used together to ensure a safer and more effective way of treating neurological conditions. Its goal is to propose technological breakthroughs to slow the progression of currently incurable diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS.
DayOne is the CaixaBankConnect space that was created as a meeting point for the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experiences between #startups, #scaleups and investors. ENISA is a public capital entity under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, through the DGIPYME. Since 1982, it has focused its activity on financing SMEs through equity loans.
